I bought one and liked it so much I ordered a second one. Unfortunately the second one would not download to my phone. I sent a list of questions and got an immediate answer. After several attempts and awesome communication, they sent a replacement. This little watch is fantastic! I wear one working in the groves and one for cleaning up! It’s been bumped, dropped, wet and keeps on ticking. It measures heart rate, steps and lots I never knew I cared about PLUS keeps perfect time. I now have several bands to coordinate colors - highly recommend and give the company 12 GOLD STARS for service.

I got this for the pedometer primarily. I wanted one that was simple and did not need to be connected to my phone all the time. It was extremely easy to set up, it is very user friendly. I am not accustomed to wearing a watch, but this is very light so it was easy to get used to. I've been wearing it non stop for a week and a few times I've hit the screen on something on accident, I've got small kids and my hands are in and out of toy cupboards, car seats, etc.. I thought for sure I'd scratched it but nope, looks like it did out of the package, so the screen is resilient. Getting a second one for my husband.

I have had every fitness watch and have found the Fitbit to be over priced and the Apple Watch to be an utter disappointment. This does basic things: time, steps, heart rate, activity. It’s perfect for me as i just want to see how much i truly walk in a day. It was easy to charge and easy to set up. The app is easy to set up too. It was much easier to set this up than a Fitbit or Apple Watch, which i appreciate. The band also doesn’t annoy me like the other bands do-sometimes the rubbing leaves a rash but no rash with this one. If you’re in need of something stylish and functional without a heavy price tag, this is it.

I didn't want to spend much on a watch. I really just wanted something simple that I could still receive texts on so I don't have to look at my phone each time. This watch is precisely that and so affordable! I also love the music control feature as well as the timer. Super handy, easy to use, and stylish! Lovin' it! Also got a black band to switch out occasionally. Very satisfied.

This is the third one I ordered. The one that I ordered for my daughter seems to be working well. Unfortunately, mine is not working well. The step tracker is not working as well as it did the first week. After walking over 2,500+ steps it only registers 485 steps. Even after the upgrade it's not working. I am disappointed because I like this product. I had to order another one.
