Sometimes we develop CowParade figurines together with artists or on the basis of a great and fun idea. These special figuirnes have not officially featured at a CowParade event. Time to Celebrate is such a figurine.

What better way to celebrate than with champagne? With bottles opened by sabrelation, using the sabre. The sabrelation of champagne is a traditional, ceremonial way to uncork the champagnebottle. According to tradition sabrelation stems from the time of Napoleon when cavalerists applied the technique while celebrating victories.
